江西省青少年游戏障碍的现状及影响因素研究

摘要
随着互联网的快速发展,游戏障碍已经成为严重的医学问题和社会问题。我国对网络成瘾的研究较多,但对游戏障碍的调查不足,而网络成瘾的研究显然不能准确反应游戏障碍的现状。本研究旨在了解江西省青少年游戏障碍的现状及影响因素,为制定游戏障碍干预策略提供理论依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样法对江西省8809名青少年进行问卷调查。调查内容主要包括网络游戏障碍量表(20-item Internet Gaming Disorder Test, IGD-20)评定、游戏工具和游戏动机的评估。结果 青少年游戏障碍的检出率为2.6%。其中男性(OR=1.78)、独生子女(OR=2.51)、在线游戏(OR=1.68)、游戏动机为应对生活压力(OR=4.8)、逃避现实困境(OR=3.44)、进入虚拟世界(OR=2.13)、提升注意力和协调能力等技能(OR=1.59)、通过竞争获得成就感(OR=2.25)是游戏障碍的危险因素。结论 江西省青少年游戏障碍较为普遍,且受到多种因素的影响。对游戏障碍的干预应针对性的对在线游戏进行管理,并且降低青少年通过游戏来应对和逃避现实困境,进入虚拟世界的动机。
Abstract
Objective To realize the characteristic of gaming disorder and related factors among adolescents in Jiangxi. Methods A total of 8809 adolescents from middle schools in Jiangxi province responded to the questionnaire, which mainly included the 20-item Internet Gaming Disorder Test (IGD-20) and questionnaires for game type and motivational basis of game. Results The prevalence of gaming disorder was found to be 2.6 percent. Being male (OR=1.78), being only one child (OR=2.51), playing online game (OR=1.68), playing game to escape from reality (OR=3.44), to cope with distress (OR=4.8) to try new identities in a different fantasy world (OR=2.13), to improve concentration or other skills (OR=1.59), and to compete with or defeat others in order to feel a sense of achievement (OR=2.25) were positively correlated with gaming disorder. Conclusion The prevalence of gaming disorder among adolescents in Jiangxi was relatively high, and the variables mentioned were independently predictive in the logistic regression analysis. This study can be used as a reference for policy making regarding the design of gaming disorder prevention programs and can also aid in the development of strategies designed to help game-addicted adolescents.
