[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes in mental state and sleep quality of patients with ocular intervertebral disc herniation after treatment with Songjing induction training combined with olanzapine. Methods 122 postoperative patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital were divided into the Songjing induction group 61 cases and the combined drug group 61 cases by coin toss. The Songjing induction group patients were instructed to perform the relaxation induction training after the operation, and the combined drug group The patients were treated with olanzapine orally after the operation, and the changes in the poor mental state, sleep quality and cognitive function of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of SDS-20, PSQI, and SAS-20 in the combined drug group were lower than those in the Songjing induction group (P<0.05); there were no statistics on the MMSE scores of the two groups at 24, 48, 72h and 7d after surgery Academic significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Olanzapine combined with Songjing-induced relaxation training can effectively improve the cognitive function, poor mental state and sleep quality of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and provide a favorable basis for postoperative rehabilitation, and has high safety, but combined treatment Can not enhance the improvement of cognitive function.
