| 摘要 |
目的 对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿选择孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合治疗，分析治疗效果。方法 参与本次研究患儿数量为80例，时间为2024年1月份至2024年12月份，分成参照组与实验组，参照组40例，实验组40例，参照组布地奈德治疗，实验组布地奈德联合孟鲁思特钠治疗，分析治疗效果、肺功能，评估患儿的血清炎性因子水平。结果 实验组治疗效果、肺功能均优于参照组p<0.05，评估患儿的血清炎性因子水平，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘，促进患儿恢复，其肺功能更佳，稳定患儿的血清炎性因子水平，促进其恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To select the combined treatment of montelukast sodium and budesonide for children with cough variant asthma and analyze the therapeutic effect. Methods A total of 80 children participated in this study from January 2024 to December 2024. They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 40 cases in the reference group and 40 cases in the experimental group. The reference group was treated with budesonide, and the experimental group was treated with budesonide combined with Monruster sodium. The therapeutic effect and lung function were analyzed, and the serum inflammatory factor levels of the children were evaluated. Results The therapeutic effect and lung function of the experimental group were both better than those of the reference group (p<0.05). When evaluating the serum inflammatory factor levels of the children, the experimental group was better than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Monruste sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children promotes the recovery of the children, improves their lung function, stabilizes the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the children, and promotes their recovery.
