| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探讨责任助产在产房护理中的应用效果及其对产后出血量的影响。选取2023年12月至2024年12月在该院分娩的120例产妇，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组60例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用责任助产模式。结果显示，实验组自然分娩率更高，产程时间更短，产后出血量更少，会阴侧切率更低。结论是责任助产能有效提高自然分娩率，缩短产程，减少出血量和会阴侧切率，建议临床推广。

| Abstract |
This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of responsible midwifery in labor ward care and its impact on postpartum bleeding. A total of 120 women who delivered at our hospital between December 2023 and December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 60 women in each group. The control group received standard care, while the experimental group was provided with a responsible midwifery model. The results showed that the experimental group had a higher natural delivery rate, shorter labor duration, less postpartum bleeding, and a lower rate of episiotomy. The conclusion is that responsible midwifery can effectively increase the natural delivery rate, shorten labor duration, reduce bleeding, and lower the rate of episiotomy, and it is recommended for clinical promotion.
