中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果

| 摘要 |
目的 浅析冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者采用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法 选取2023年1月～2023年12月收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者80例，对照组采用西医治疗；观察组采用中西医结合治疗，对比临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；此外，观察组患者心绞痛持续时间和发作频率均短（小）于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；在对比患者血脂指标和血浆黏度、超敏C反应蛋白指标中，观察组患者改善效果优于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 针对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者实施中西医结合治疗的效果显著，有助于改善患者心功能指标，控制心绞痛的发作，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in patients with unstable coronary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with unstable angina admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected; the control group adopted integrated Chinese and Western medicine to compare the clinical efficacy. Results The total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P <0.05; in addition, the duration of angina in the observation group were shorter (small) than the control group, and P <0.05; in the patients lipid index, plasma viscosity and hypersensitive C reactive protein, the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion The effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment for patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is remarkable, which is helpful to improve the cardiac function index of patients and control the attack of angina pectoris, which is worth popularization and application.
