Objective To analyze the application value of community general practice treatment for primary hypertension. Methods 100 cases of primary hypertension in our community from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a computer. They were evenly divided into the study group and the reference group, and received community general treatment and conventional drug treatment, respectively. Observe the differential treatment effects, collect research data on blood pressure indicators, quality of life scores, and treatment compliance between two groups of patients, and use statistical SPSS 30.0 to analyze and determine the differences between the two groups. Result the statistical research results show that the blood pressure indicators in the study group were lower than those in the reference group in terms of both systolic and diastolic blood pressure; The quality of life score showed that the research group was higher than the reference group; The statistical study group showed higher treatment compliance than the reference group; The comparison of the two sets of data showed significant differences (P<0.05), and the study group was superior to the reference group. Conclusion The implementation of community general treatment can improve the treatment effect of patients with primary hypertension, effectively control blood pressure, promote quality of life improvement, enhance treatment compliance, achieve ideal results, and have the value of promotion and application.
