| 摘要 |
伴随着人口老龄化的加剧，高龄老干部作为特殊人群，其身体健康问题也越来越受到人们的重视。由于老年人自身机体逐渐衰退以及一些慢性病的影响，导致高龄老干部往往需要同时使用多种药物来维持生命体征，多药合用的情况十分普遍。但同时，多药合用也产生了很多安全性问题，有药物之间的相互作用、不良反应的发生率增高，等等。对此，本文主要是针对高龄老干部多重用药的安全性做出评价，并提出改善用药安全性的方法，力求从各个方面来提升高龄老干部安全有效的用药水平，最终目的在于提高高龄老干部健康程度及生活品质。

| Abstract |
With the intensification of population aging, the physical health issues of elderly cadres, as a special group, are receiving increasing attention. Due to the gradual decline of the elderlys own body and the impact of some chronic diseases, elderly cadres often need to use multiple medications simultaneously to maintain vital signs, and the use of multiple medications is quite common. However, this also gives rise to many safety issues, such as drug interactions and an increased incidence of adverse reactions. In response, this article primarily evaluates the safety of multiple medication use among elderly cadres and proposes methods to improve medication safety, striving to enhance the safe and effective medication use level of elderly cadres from various aspects. The ultimate goal is to improve the health level and quality of life of elderly cadres.
