Objective To analyze the effect of OBLUE maca tablets on mens kidney tonic and body strengthening long-lasting nourishing and toning. Methods The study included a total of 135 test subjects, all of whom were male erectile dysfunction patients who came to the hospital from 2023.01 to 2024.012, and were divided into control group 1 (placebo treatment, n=45), control group 2 (treatment with cinamidifibrate, n=45), the research group (for treatment with OBLUE maca tablets, n=45) by randomized grouping method as the grouping principle. Sexual function level, sperm quality, intervention effects and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of QEQ score, BMSFI score, semen volume, sperm motility and intervention efficacy, the study group and control 2 group were higher than the control 1 group (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference between the study group and control 2 group (P > 0.05). In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions, there was no significant difference in the comparison of the three groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion The auxiliary use of OBLUE maca tablets in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction patients can continue to improve the effect of intervention, improve sperm quality, and enhance the level of sexual function, and can be further popularized and applied in the clinic.
