【摘要】 研究负性情绪、心理弹性与乳腺癌根治术创伤后成长的关系。方法 选择本院2015年11月-2018年11月180例乳腺癌根治术患者作为研究对象，采取创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中文版患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对其进行调查，并用Pearson直线相关法分析SAS、SDS、FoP-Q-SF、CD-RISC与PTGI的关系。结果 180例乳腺癌根治术患者的PTGI评分为(57.60±6.12)分，不同 SAS、SDS、FoP-Q-SF、CD-RISC的PTGI评分比较，差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。经Pearson直线相关法分析，SAS、SDS、FoP-Q-SF与PTGI均呈负相关(P<0.05)，CD-RISC与PTGI呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 负性情绪、心理弹性与乳腺癌根治术创伤后成长有显著相关性，临床可通过降低负性情绪、挺高心理弹性，促进乳腺癌根治术创伤后成长。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between negative emotions, mental resilience and post-traumatic growth after radical mastectomy. Methods A total of 180 patients undergoing radical mastectomy in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2018 were selected as the research objects. Post-traumatic growth rating scale (PTGI), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and self-rating depression scale (SDS), the Chinese version of the fear of disease progression scale (FoP-Q-SF) and the psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC) were collected to investigate. The Pearson linear correlation method was used to analyze the relationship between SAS, SDS, FoP-Q-SF, CD-RISC and PTGI. Results The PTGI scores of 180 patients undergoing radical mastectomy were (57.60±6.12) points. The PTGI scores of different SAS, SDS, FoP-Q-SF, and CD-RISC were significantly different (P<0.05). According to the analysis of Pearson linear correlation method, SAS, SDS, FoP-Q-SF and PTGI are all negatively correlated (P<0.05), and CD-RISC and PTGI are positively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion Negative emotion and psychological resilience are significantly correlated with post-traumatic growth after radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Clinically, negative emotions can be reduced and psychological resilience can be increased to promote post-traumatic growth after radical mastectomy.
