| 摘要 |
目的 探讨风险防范式护理在手术室标本管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2024年1月-6月300份手术室标本为常规管理组，另选2024年7月-12月300份手术室标本为风险管理组，采用风险防范式护理，比较不同管理策略的效果。结果 两组标本管理不良事件发生率对比，风险管理组标签书写模糊、固定液量较少、申请单书写不规范、漏液的不良事件发生率更低（P＜0.05）；与常规管理组相比，风险管理组标本处理时间、标本交接时间、送检至病理报告出具时间均更短（P＜0.05）。结论 风险防范式护理可有效降低标本管理不良事件发生率，缩短标本处理时间有积极意义，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of risk prevention nursing in specimen management in operating rooms. Methods 300 operating room specimens from January to June 2024 were selected as the routine management group, and another 300 specimens from July to December 2024 were selected as the risk management group. Risk prevention nursing was adopted to compare the effects of different management strategies. Results Comparing the incidence of adverse events in specimen management between the two groups, the risk management group had a lower incidence of adverse events such as unclear label writing, less fixed liquid volume, non-standard application form writing, and liquid leakage (P<0.05); Compared with the conventional management group, the risk management group had shorter specimen processing time, specimen handover time, and time from submission to pathology report issuance (P<0.05). Conclusion Risk prevention nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in specimen management and shorten specimen processing time, which is of positive significance and worthy of promotion and application.
