【Abstract】Objective Survey the present status of adolescents fear of disease progression in patients with epilepsy, and to explore related risk factors. Methods In July, 2018 - December 2019 USES the convenience sampling method to select analysis of zhengzhou a certain level of first-class hospital neurology ward admitted or check the related information of adolescents with epilepsy, statistics and analysis of the status quo of progress in patients with fear and risk factors. Results 157 cases of adolescent epilepsy disease progression fear scale scores in different age, sex, place of residence, the present study, medical mode, the course of time, fathers occupation, mothers occupation, brothers and sisters, frequency difference have statistical significance (P < 0.05);Adolescents with epilepsy disease progression fear scale scores and comprehend each dimension score and total score of social support scale, life orientation test scores negatively correlated (P < 0.01);Factors that affect adolescent epilepsy disease progression in patients with fear mainly include: gender, age, education at the present stage, duration time, family support, life orientation test. Conclusion The occurrence of positive progress about adolescent epilepsy patients fear, for different risk factors, clinical staff should adopt corresponding intervention measures.
