品管圈护理模式在妇产科优质护理中的应用及护理质量的影响

| 摘要 |
目的 研究探讨分析品管圈护理模式在妇产科优质护理中的应用，观察分析其对护理质量的影响。方法 自2019年1月~2023年12月，在妇产科实施五年品管圈护理管理模式研究，主要探索内容包括：①孕产妇护理病历的书写；②健康知识教育及新生儿护理常识等。比较分析实施品管圈护理模式前后的设定指标变化情况，具体包括：①孕产妇健康知识掌握率；②病历书写合格率；③护理缺陷发生率；④孕产妇的满意度问卷调查。结果 通过查阅具有完整资料的孕产妇病例资料，实施品管圈护理模式前五年的四个指标情况：①孕产妇健康知识掌握率为65.0%；②病历书写合格率为80.6%；③护理缺陷发生率为15.1%；④孕产妇的满意度为77.8%。实施品管圈护理模式后四个对应指标情况是：①孕产妇健康知识掌握率为为88.4%；②病历书写合格率为90.0%；③护理缺陷发生率为9.0%；④孕产妇的满意度为94.4%。由此可以明显看出，实施品管圈护理模式后，孕产妇的健康知识掌握率、护理满意度得到显著提升，护理缺陷的发生率显著降低。另外，护理人员书写孕产妇护理病历的合格率也得到显著提高。结论 通过在妇产科护理中品管圈优质护理模式，不但能够有效的提高孕产妇对于健康知识的认识水平，降低护理缺陷发生率的风险，提高了孕产妇对整体护理质量的满意度，同时，还快速地提升了护理人员书写孕产妇护理病历的合格率，业务能力和水平也得到实际锻炼和提升，取得了双赢的研究成果，在妇产科的临床优质护理中，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application of quality control circle nursing mode in obstetrics and gynecology, and analyze its influence on nursing quality. Methods From January 2019 to December 2023, a five-year nursing management model in obstetrics and gynecology, mainly exploring: ① Writing of maternal nursing medical records; ② health knowledge education and neonatal nursing knowledge, etc. Comparative analysis of the changes of set indicators before and after the implementation of quality control circle care model, including: ① maternal health knowledge mastery rate; ② qualified rate of medical record writing; ③ nursing defects; ④ maternal satisfaction questionnaire. Results By consulting the case data of pregnant women with complete data, the four indicators in the first five years of the quality care circle nursing model: ① The mastery rate of maternal health knowledge was 65.0%; the qualified rate of ② medical records was 80.6%; the incidence rate of ③ nursing defects was 15.1%; and the satisfaction rate of ④ pregnant women was 77.8%. The four corresponding indicators of the quality care model were: ① 88.4%; the qualification rate of ② medical records was 90.0%; the incidence of ③ nursing defects was 9.0%; and ④ maternal satisfaction was 94.4%. It can be clearly seen that after the implementation of the quality control circle nursing model, the mastery rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women have been significantly improved, and the incidence of nursing defects has been significantly reduced. In addition, the qualified rate of nursing staff writing maternal nursing medical records has also been significantly improved. Conclusion Through the quality nursing pattern in obstetrics and gynecology nursing, not only can effectively improve the maternal knowledge of health knowledge level, reduce the risk of the incidence of nursing defects, improve the maternal satisfaction of overall nursing quality, at the same time, also quickly promoted the nursing staff writing maternal nursing records percent of pass, business ability and level also get actual exercise and promotion, achieved win-win research results, in obstetrics and gynecology clinical nursing, worthy of application.
