Objective To explore the value of individualized nursing in outpatient chronic wound management. Methods from May 2022 to May 2022,102 patients with chronic wounds were randomly divided into two groups, 51 in the control group (routine nursing) and 51 in the observation group (individualized nursing) . All the patients were 2023 to receive routine nursing, analysis of inter-group utility. Results after intervention, the wound area, wound recovery rate, complications and satisfaction degree of the Observation Group were better than those of the control group (P & Lt; 0.05) . Conclusion the application of individualized nursing during the treatment of chronic wounds in outpatient department has achieved significant effect, which is beneficial to the improvement of wound area, recovery efficiency, reduction of complications and improvement of satisfaction.
