| 摘要 |
目的 优质护理模式在产科服务中的应用及护理质量的影响。方法 本次研究随机选取2022年11月-2023年11月门诊接诊80例患者为对象，通过抽签法将患者分成对照组和研究组，对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取优质护理，比较效果。结果 护理后相比护理前，研究组患者焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS评分降低幅度高于对照组，且患者护理满意度研究组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 产科护理工作中，采取优质护理干预可有效改善患者心理状态，提高预后。

| Abstract |
Objective The application of quality care model in obstetric services and the impact of quality of care. Methods In this study, 80 patients were randomly selected from November 2022 to November 2023, and the patients were divided into control group and research group by lottery method, and the control group adopted high-quality nursing to compare the effect. Results Compared with nursing, the decrease of anxiety SAS and depression in the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the study group was higher than that of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion In obstetric nursing work, adopting high-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients and improve the prognosis.
