| 摘要 |
目的 探讨非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）患者采取跟踪护理的价值。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年8月收治的NAFLD患者100例，随机分为观察组(跟踪护理)和对照组(常规护理)各50例，对比效果。结果 观察组血脂、肝功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组炎症应激指标低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组遵医行为高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 跟踪护理可有效改善NAFLD患者肝功能及血脂，减轻炎症应激，提升遵医行为，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of tracking care for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods 100 NAFLD patients admitted from March 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into 50 cases of observation group (follow-up care) and control group (usual care). Results Blood lipid and liver function were better in the observation group than the control group (P <0.05); the inflammatory stress index was lower than the control group (P <0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Follow-up care can effectively improve liver function and blood lipid in NAFLD patients, reduce inflammatory stress, and improve medical compliance behavior with good results.
