| 摘要 |
目的 以提高门诊护理管理水平为研究目标,在门诊中实施人性化护理服务,明确其对门诊护理管理工作的影响。方法 以2023.01-12时间段中于院内门诊患者为分析对象,共计151例,对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组(74例)、观察组(77例),分别以常规手段、人性化护理服务手段实施两组护理干预,对患者满意度与护理管理效率等干预情况进行分析。结果 满意度方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。护理管理效率方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更低(P<0.05)。结论 于门诊护理管理工作中应用人性化护理服务,有利于提高门诊患者满意度及护理管理效率,这对提高门诊护理管理工作水平有着重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective The aim of this study is to improve the level of outpatient nursing management, implement humanized nursing services in outpatient settings, and clarify their impact on outpatient nursing management. Methods A total of 151 outpatient patients in the hospital during the period of January 12, 2023 were analyzed. After numbering each patient, a random selection method was used to set them into a control group (74 cases) and an observation group (77 cases). Two groups of nursing interventions were implemented using conventional and humanized nursing services, respectively. The patient satisfaction and nursing management efficiency were analyzed. In terms of satisfaction with the Results The observation group had higher values (P<0.05) compared to the two groups. In terms of nursing management efficiency, the observation group had lower values (P<0.05) compared to the two groups. Conclusion The application of humanized nursing services in outpatient nursing management is beneficial for improving patient satisfaction and nursing management efficiency, which is of great significance for improving the level of outpatient nursing management.
