Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of exercise care and dietary care in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods 86 NAFLD patients admitted from April 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into 43 patients of observation group (diet and exercise care) and control group (usual care). Results The group mass (67.30±2.79) kg/m2, triglyceride (0.83±0.26) mmol/L, total cholesterol (5.25±0.38) mmol/L was lower than the control group (74.41±3.11) kg/m2, (1.76±0.19) mmol/L, (5.83±0.15) mmol/L; The observation group AST level (82.55±6.60) U / L, ALT level (17.62±10.61) U / L, ALP level (125.40±12.20) U / L was lower than the control group (108.35±8.70) U / L, (28.98±12.21) U / L, (165.31±17.65) U / L; The observation group kept exercise 88.37%, reasonable 90.70%, controlled diet 86.05%, and weight control 79.07% higher than the control group 62.79%, 67.44%, 69.77% and 60.47% (All P <0.05). Conclusion Diet and exercise care for NAFLD patients can effectively improve their physical index, namely liver function, and improve compliance with good results.
