Objective To evaluate the significance of targeted psychological care in patients with gynecological tumors, and to evaluate the intervention effect on compliance and negative emotions. Methods selected from November 2023 to November 2024,100 hospital treated gynecological tumor patients for study samples, according to the basic data balanced comparable principle between group group, reference group and study group into (n=50), at the same time different intervention strategies between two groups, namely routine care and routine care + targeted psychological nursing intervention. Subsequently, the relevant data was collected and collated, analyzed, evaluated and compared. The scope of comparison involves: patient compliance rate, negative emotional change, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life score. Results Under the implementation of the different intervention program, the index values of the study group were significantly different compared with the reference group, and the other group was superior and comparable (P <0.05). Conclusion The application and adoption of targeted psychological nursing service program, on the one hand, effectively improves the patients complex mood, improves the compliance of treatment and nursing, on the other hand, greatly promotes the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, wins the recognition and satisfaction of patients, worthy of praise.
