| 摘要 |
目的 分析中医定向治疗联合穴位贴敷佐治小儿腹泻观察及护理情况。方法 选择我院2022年7月-2024年2月接收的120例小儿腹泻者，电脑盲选，分为两组，即对照组（60例，常规护理）和观察组（60例，中医定向治疗联合穴位贴敷佐治护理)。结果 在各个观察指标方面，观察组优势更大（P＜0.05）。结论 中医定向治疗联合穴位贴敷佐治小儿腹泻效果较佳，能够加快病情恢复，提高生活水平，值得临床重视并积极采纳。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the observation and nursing of pediatric diarrhea treated by TCM directed therapy combined with acupoint application. Methods A total of 120 cases of pediatric diarrhea received in our hospital from July 2022 to February 2024 were selected by computer blind selection and divided into two groups, namely the control group (60 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group (60 cases, TCM directed treatment combined with acupoint application and germac treatment). Results The observation group had a greater advantage in each observation index (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM targeted treatment combined with acupoint application has a better effect in treating pediatric diarrhea, which can accelerate the recovery of the disease and improve the standard of living, which deserves clinical attention and active adoption.
