| 摘要 |
目的 探寻在小儿脑瘫中实行家庭康复护理效果。方法 选择我院收治的70例小儿脑瘫患儿，随机平分成对照组和观察组，分别实行常规护理和家庭康复护理，对比效果。结果 观察组肢体康复、肌张力评分、康复疗效、生活质量、患儿家属满意度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将家庭康复护理应用在小儿脑瘫中，可改善患儿肢体康复效果，使肌张力快速恢复，提高生活质量，提升患儿家属满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of family rehabilitation nursing in pediatric cerebral palsy. Methods 70 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital were selected, randomly divided into control group and observation group, and implemented routine nursing and family rehabilitation nursing respectively, to compare the effect. Results Physical rehabilitation, muscle tone score, rehabilitation efficacy, quality of life, and family satisfaction of the children were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of family rehabilitation nursing in children with cerebral palsy can improve the physical rehabilitation effect, quickly restore the muscle tension, improve the quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of childrens families.
