| 摘要 |
目的 研讨微信健教模式对桡骨远端骨折外固定患者护理干预效果的影响。方法 于2023年01月-2023年12月开展研究，将本院收治77例桡骨远端骨折患者以随机法分为观察组和对照组，各39例、38例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施微信健教模式，对比两组疼痛、肿胀、腕关节功能评分、护理满意度。结果 2周后进行对比观察组疼痛、肿胀分值比对照组更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)；观察组患者的腕关节功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)；观察组、对照组的护理满意度差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05)。结论 桡骨远端骨折外固定患者实施微信健教模式，可实现患者护理依从性的提升，以此改善患者腕关节功能评分，值得临床借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the effect of WeChat health education model on the effect of nursing intervention in patients with external fixation of distal radius fractures。Methods The study was conducted from January 2023 to December 2023, and 77 patients with distal radius fracture were divided into observation group and control group, 39 and 38, respectively. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group implemented WeChat health education mode on the basis of the control group, comparing the two groups of pain, swelling, wrist function score and nursing satisfaction. Results After 2 weeks, the pain and swelling score were lower in the observation group, statistically significant (P <0.05); the wrist function score was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the difference between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The wechat health education mode for patients with external fixation of distal radius fracture can improve patients nursing compliance and improve patients wrist function score, which is worthy of clinical reference.
