| 摘要 |
目的 探讨老年支气优和管哮喘患者采取康复护理的效果。方法 选取收治的老年支气管哮喘患者96例，随机分为观察组(康复护理)和对照组(常规护理干预)各48例，对比效果。结果 观察组肺功能指标对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 康复护理可有效改善老年支气管哮喘患者的肺功能，提升生活质量，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with bronchial asthma and bronchial asthma. Methods 96 cases of senile asthma were randomly divided into observation group (rehabilitation nursing) and control group (routine nursing intervention) . Results the scores of pulmonary function (P & Lt; 0.05) and quality of life (Qol) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P & Lt; 0.05) . Conclusion rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the pulmonary function and quality of life of the elderly asthma patients.
