| 摘要 |
目的 分析慢阻肺(COPD)患者经延续性护理对其生活质量影响。方法 选取COPD患者96例，随机分为观察组(延续性护理)和对照组(常规护理)各48例，对比干预前后肺功能、生活质量情况。结果 观察组肺功能指标优于对照组，生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 延续性护理可有效改善COPD患者肺功能，提升生活质量，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of continuous care on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 96 COPD patients were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (continuity of care) and a control group (routine care), with 48 cases in each group. The lung function and quality of life before and after intervention were compared. Results The lung function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the quality of life score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuity of care can effectively improve lung function, enhance quality of life, and have a good effect on COPD patients.
