Objective To analyze the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in the perioperative period of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 100 patients who came to our hospital for electroprostatectomy from 2023.1 to 2024.2 were selected for the study, and were divided into control group and experimental group by blind method, 50 patients in each group, routine nursing in the control group and rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the experimental group. The pain degree and improvement time of clinical symptoms in the two groups were analyzed. Evaluate the patients nursing score. Results After the two groups of patients passed different intervention measures, the pain degree of the experimental group was less, p<0.05. From the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients, the improvement time of clinical symptoms of the experimental group was shorter, p<0.05. After analyzing the nursing score of the patients, the nursing score of the experimental group was better, p<0.05. Conclusion The nursing mode of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept for elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia in perioperative period can reduce the pain degree of patients, shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and improve the nursing score of patients, which is worth advocating.
