| 摘要 |
目的 探讨优化急诊护理流程在急性胸痛患者中的应用价值。方法 选择2022年12月-2023年12月收治的急性胸痛患者50例，将患者随机分为对照组 （n=25例，采用常规护理）与实验组（n=25例，采用优化急诊护理流程）。对比分诊评估时间、静脉通道建立时间、急救总时间与生活质量。结果 实验组分诊评估时间、静脉通道建立时间、急救总时间均低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 优化急诊护理流程能够显著提高急性胸痛患者的诊断和治疗效率，并有效改善患者预后。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of optimizing emergency nursing processes in patients with acute chest pain. Methods Fifty patients with acute chest pain admitted from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (n=25 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=25 cases, receiving optimized emergency care procedures). Compare triage assessment time, venous channel establishment time, total emergency response time, and quality of life. Results The triage evaluation time, venous channel establishment time, and total emergency response time of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Optimizing the emergency nursing process can significantly improve the diagnosis and treatment efficiency of patients with acute chest pain, and effectively improve patient prognosis.
