| 摘要 |
目的 探究小儿保健推拿在门诊排痰中的应用与效果。方法 选取在我院门诊就诊的支气管炎患儿100例，随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组进行机械辅助排痰，观察组在对照组基础上，实施小儿保健推拿。统计两组的症状改善情况、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的各项指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于小儿支气管炎患者，实施小儿保健推拿效果较好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application and effect of pediatric health massage in outpatient expectoration. Methods A total of 100 children with bronchitis who visited our outpatient clinic were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received mechanical assisted expectoration, and the observation group received pediatric health massage on the basis of the control group. The symptom improvement, inflammatory factor levels, and adverse reaction incidence of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results All indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For children with bronchitis, the implementation of pediatric health massage has a good effect.
