| 摘要 |
目的 探析实施综合性管理在胆结石患者护理中的影响作用。方法 选择我院2023年2月-2024年2月，一年间收治的90例胆结石患者作为此次研究的目标对象。将患者按照护理方法的不同随机分为对照组（45例，使用常规护理）和研究组（45例，实施综合性管理）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组在接受护理干预后均取得一定效果，但研究组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组，SDS和SAS评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在对胆结石患者实施护理时，综合性管理可以有效提高患者生活质量，改善不良情绪状态，有显著的应用意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of implementing comprehensive management in the nursing of patients with gallstones. Methods 90 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital between March 2023 and February 2024 were selected as the target subjects for this study. Patients were randomly divided into a control group (45 cases, receiving routine care) and a study group (45 cases, receiving comprehensive management) according to different nursing methods. Collect and analyze the effects of nursing care on two groups of patients after completion. Results Both groups achieved certain effects after receiving nursing interventions, but the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the SDS and SAS scores were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive management can effectively improve the quality of life and alleviate negative emotional states of patients with gallstones during nursing care, and has significant practical significance.
