Objective To analyze the effect of feedforward control concept risk warning and operating room nursing on patients undergoing intervertebral foramen endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal surgery. Methods A total of 86 study subjects were included in this study, all of whom were patients who underwent intervertebral foramen endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal at the hospital from April 2022 to April 2024. They were randomly divided into groups using a random number table method. Among them, 43 patients who received routine care were included in the control group, while the remaining 43 patients who received feedforward control concept risk warning operating room care were included in the study group. Compare the lumbar spine function, pain level, and quality of life between the two groups, and calculate the incidence of complications between the two groups. Results In terms of lumbar spine function score, pain score, and quality of life score, the study group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). In terms of the incidence of complications, the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The feedforward control concept risk warning operating room nursing has a good effect on patients undergoing intervertebral foramen endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal, which is beneficial for improving lumbar spine function and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
