| 摘要 |
目的 以提高老年糖尿病护理效果为研究目标，在临床护理中强化护患沟通，明确其对老年糖尿病患者的影响。方法 以2023年8月---2024年2月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的老年糖尿病患者为分析对象，共计200例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（100例）、观察组（100例），分别以常规手段、强化护患沟通手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 依从性方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。满意度方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。结论 在临床护理中强化护患沟通，有利于提高老年糖尿病患者用药、健康饮食、运动、健康行为等方面依从性，有助于减少各方面因素对病情不良影响，提高患者满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the nursing effect of elderly diabetes as the research goal, strengthen nurse-patient communication in clinical nursing, and clarify its impact on elderly diabetic patients. Methods A total of 200 elderly diabetic patients who received treatment in the hospital from August 2023 to February 2024 were analyzed. After each patient was numbered, they were randomly selected into a control group (100 cases) and an observation group (100 cases). The two groups of nursing interventions were implemented by conventional means and strengthening nurse-patient communication, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results In terms of compliance, the values of the observation group were higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction, the values of the observation group were higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nurse-patient communication in clinical nursing is conducive to improving the compliance of elderly diabetic patients in medication, healthy diet, exercise, and healthy behavior, which helps to reduce the adverse effects of various factors on the disease and improve patient satisfaction.
