| 摘要 |
目的 研究评估体系在骨科住院患者睡眠质量的应用。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年6月山西省吕梁市人民医院骨科下肢骨折手术患者171例，随机分组，对照组86例应用常规护理，观察组85例实行基于评估体系的护理，对两组睡眠质量（匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表PSQI）、心理状态（状态焦虑量表SAI、健康问卷抑郁量表PHQ-9）、临床指标（住院、骨折愈合时间及满意度）进行比较。结果 与对照组相较，观察组睡眠质量评分均更高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；心理状态评分更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；临床指标更优，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 评估体系在骨科住院患者睡眠质量的应用效果较佳，可提高患者睡眠质量，改善心理状态，缩短住院及骨折愈合时间，提高满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application of evaluation system in the sleep quality of orthopedic inpatients. Methods 171 patients who underwent lower limb fracture surgery at the Peoples Hospital of Lvliang City, Shanxi Province from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 86 cases who received routine care and an observation group of 85 cases who received evaluation based care. The two groups were compared in terms of sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), psychological status (State Anxiety Inventory SAI, Health Questionnaire Depression Scale PHQ-9), and clinical indicators (hospitalization, fracture healing time, and satisfaction). Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher sleep quality scores, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The psychological state score was lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the evaluation system in the sleep quality of orthopedic inpatients has a better effect, which can improve the sleep quality of patients and improve their psychological state.
