Objective To observe the value of hierarchical nursing and targeted nursing for children with dyspepsia. Methods A total of 94 children with dyspepsia treated in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected. All children were randomly divided into two groups by the ball-drawing method, 47 cases were assigned to the control group for routine nursing, and the other 47 were assigned to the observation group for hierarchical nursing and targeted nursing. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted from the perspective of treatment compliance and quality of life. Results The treatment compliance scores of the two groups of children were improved after intervention compared with those before intervention (P＜0.05); the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The health survey short form (SF-36) scores of the two groups of children were improved after intervention compared with those before intervention (P＜0.05); the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical nursing and targeted nursing for children with dyspepsia can help improve treatment compliance and better improve the quality of life.
