| 摘要 |
目的 讨论及研究家属式护理在口腔门诊患者中的应用。方法 本次研究患者的数量为171例，起始时间为2024年5月份，截止时间为2024年12月份，分成了对照组和实验组，对照组85例，实验组86例，对照组常规护理，实验组家属参与式护理，分对两组患者的舒适度以及希望指数进行分析，评价患者的生活质量。结果 实验组患者的舒适度以及希望指数更佳，生活质量显优，P<0.05。结论 在口腔门诊患者中提供家属参与式护理可以提升患者的舒适度，提高患者的希望指数，促进患者生活质量的提升，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss and study the application of family style nursing in oral outpatient patients. Methods The number of patients in this study was 80, starting from May 2024 and ending in December 2024. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received family participation care. The comfort and hope index of the two groups of patients were analyzed to evaluate their quality of life. Results The comfort and hope index of the experimental group patients were better, and the quality of life was significantly improved, P<0.05. Conclusion Providing family participatory care in oral outpatient patients can improve their comfort, increase their hope index, and promote the improvement of their quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
