| 摘要 |
目的 研讨互动达标理论护理在白内障护理中的应用价值。方法 以2022年11月至2023年11月，我院登记手术的白内障患者病案为试验样本采集来源，结合盲法分组原则依次以等比例将其受试样本划分为观察组（n=40，互动达标理论护理）与对照组（n=40，常规护理），对比两组生活质量、护理服务质量及护理满意度。结果 生活质量各指标数值比较，观察组比对照组高（P<0.05）；护理服务质量数值比较，观察组比对照组高（P<0.05）；护理满意度比较，观察组数值高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 互动达标理论护理在白内障护理中具有显著应用价值，可提升护理满意度及护理质量，改善患者生活质量，值得临床借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the application value of interactive standard theory care in cataract care. Methods from November 2022 to November 2023, our registered cataract patients for the trial sample source, combined with the principle of blind grouping in equal proportion of the sample divided into observation group (n=40, interactive standard of nursing theory) and the control group (n=40, routine care), comparing the two groups of quality of life, nursing service quality and nursing satisfaction. Results Comparing the value of quality of life, the observation group was higher (P <0.05); the value of nursing service quality, the observation group was higher (P <0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Interactive standard theory nursing has significant application value in cataract nursing, which can improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical reference.
