| 摘要 |
目的 观察分析对眼睑术后疼痛及肿胀患者实施冰敷护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择院内就诊的40例眼睑术后疼痛及肿胀患者（样本纳入例数：40例；样本纳入时间：2024年1月至2024年8月），以随机摸球为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，冰敷护理。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（冰敷护理）护理后的疼痛评分更低，负性情绪评分（SAS/SDS）更低，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能）更高，（P<0.05）。结论 冰敷护理可以有效缓解眼睑术后疼痛及肿胀患者症状，降低疼痛程度，改善负性情绪，促进生活质量提升，改善预后，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective Observation and analysis of the clinical effect and application value of ice compress nursing for patients with postoperative pain and swelling of eyelids. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 40 patients with postoperative eyelid pain and swelling who received treatment in the hospital (sample included: 40 cases; sample included time: January 2024 to August 2024). The patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups based on ball touch, and the number of observed cases was highly consistent. Implement routine care and ice pack care separately. Collect and analyze nursing outcomes. Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (ice pack nursing) had lower pain scores, lower negative emotion scores (SAS/SDS), and higher quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function) after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion Ice compress nursing can effectively alleviate the symptoms of pain and swelling in patients after eyelid surgery, reduce the degree of pain, improve negative emotions, promote the improvement of quality of life, and improve prognosis, with high application value.
