| 摘要 |
目的 分析在麻醉恢复室护理管理中应用细节护理的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内在本院就诊且接受了全麻手术的180例患者以同等随机法分90例对照组常规护理，90例观察组实施细节护理。以麻醉苏醒质量、拔管后的10min患者生命体征为观察指标进行对比。结果 实施不同护理后，观察组睁眼时间、气管拔管时间等麻醉苏醒质量优于对照组，且拔管后10min生命体征优于对照组，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 麻醉恢复室护理管理中应用细节护理可提高麻醉苏醒质量，让患者受益生命体征平稳，能尽早转入普通病房，实施术后养护。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying detail nursing in anesthesia recovery room nursing management. Methods 180 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery at our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 90 patients receiving routine care and an observation group of 90 patients receiving detailed care. Compare the quality of anesthesia recovery and the vital signs of patients 10 minutes after extubation as observation indicators. Results After implementing different nursing interventions, the observation group showed better anesthesia recovery quality in terms of eye opening time, tracheal extubation time, and vital signs 10 minutes after extubation compared to the control group. The comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in anesthesia recovery room nursing management can improve the quality of anesthesia recovery, benefit patients with stable vital signs, enable early transfer to general wards, and implement postoperative care.
