| 摘要 |
目的 评估急诊创伤护理中采用无缝隙一体化创伤护理方案的成效。方法 选取2023年6月至2024年6月我院急诊收治的64例创伤患者，按患者入院先后顺序分组，各32例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式。结果 观察组在急诊科平均停留时间更短、并发症率更低、满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 在急诊创伤护理中实施无缝隙一体化模式，可有效地缩短患者在急诊室的等待时间，减少并发症的可能性，并提高患者对医疗措施的好评度。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the seamless integrated trauma nursing program in emergency trauma nursing. Methods A total of 64 trauma patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission of the patients, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group adopted a seamless integrated trauma emergency nursing model. Results The observation group had a shorter average stay time in the emergency department, a lower complication rate, and a higher satisfaction rate (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of a seamless integrated model in emergency trauma nursing can effectively shorten the waiting time of patients in the emergency room, reduce the possibility of complications, and improve patients favorable comments on medical measures.
