| 摘要 |
目的 探讨8S结合清单制管理模式在喉肿瘤术后带囊气管套管患者气道护理中的应用效果。方法 将8S结合清单制管理模式应用在喉肿瘤术后带囊气管套管患者气道护理中，应用前后比较气道护理安全水平和优质护理服务质量得分。结果 喉肿瘤术后带囊气管套管患者应用8S结合清单制管理模式后对气道护理安全水平显著高于应用前；喉肿瘤术后带囊气管套管患者应用8S结合清单制管理模式后的护理服务质量水平得分高于应用前得分。结论 喉肿瘤术后带囊气管套管患者气道护理在8S结合清单制管理模式中应用可以提高气道安全护理和优质护理服务质量，值得在临床上进行推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of 8S combined with checklist management mode in airway nursing of patients with laryngeal tumors undergoing tracheal intubation after surgery. Methods The 8S combined with a checklist management model was applied to airway care for patients with laryngeal tumors who underwent tracheal intubation after surgery. The safety level of airway care and the quality score of high-quality nursing services were compared before and after application. Results The application of the 8S combined with a checklist management model significantly improved the safety level of airway care for patients with laryngeal tumors who underwent tracheal intubation after surgery; The nursing service quality score of patients with tracheal intubation after laryngeal tumor surgery using the 8S combined with checklist management mode was higher than that before application. Conclusion The application of the 8S combined checklist management model in airway care for patients with laryngeal tumors who have undergone tracheal intubation can improve airway safety care and high-quality nursing service quality, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
