| 摘要 |
目的 分析舒适与细节双渗透护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年10月1日为时间起点，2024年6月30日为时间节点，赛选80例老年下肢骨折患者临床资料，并随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），分别行舒适与细节双渗透护理与常规护理，并对比较两组护理模式的干预效果差异。结果 护理后两组心理健康评分和疼痛评分、并发症发生率，均为观察组更低（P＜0.05），数据差异体现统计学意义。结论 老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中，应用舒适与细节双渗透护理，可有效缓解患者负性情绪和疼痛程度，进而降低手术并发症发生率，对于提升手术护理效果具有积极作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of comfort and detail in elderly patients with lower extremity fracture. Methods select October 1,2023 as the time starting point, June 30,2024,80 elderly lower extremity fracture patients clinical data, and randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), respectively line comfortable and detailed double penetration nursing and routine care, and compare the intervention effect of the two groups of nursing mode. Results After nursing, the mental health score, pain score and complication rate of the two groups were lower in the observation group (P <0.05), and the data differences showed statistical significance. Conclusion In the operating room nursing of elderly lower limb fracture patients, the nursing can effectively relieve the negative mood and pain degree of patients, then reduce the incidence of surgical complications, and have a positive role in improving the effect of surgical nursing.
