| 摘要 |
目的 探讨个体化综合护理对接受雾化治疗的小儿肺炎的临床效果影响。方法 将我院于2023年11月-2024年2月收治的50例接受雾化治疗的肺炎患儿作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各25例。对照组常规护理，观察组个体化综合护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组症状改善时间、肺功能指标均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 个体化综合护理可提高雾化治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果，促进患儿康复，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized comprehensive nursing on children with pneumonia receiving nebulization treatment. Methods 50 children with pneumonia who received nebulization treatment in our hospital from November 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. Control group received routine nursing care, observation group received individualized comprehensive nursing care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement time of symptoms and lung function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the reference group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical efficacy of nebulization therapy for pediatric pneumonia, promote the recovery of children, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
