Objective To explore the effect of the three in one new home care model combined with feedback theory based health education on the health behavior and disease control of Hp positive chronic gastritis patients. Methods 96 patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were evenly divided into an observation group (three in one new home care model combined with feedback theory based health education) and a control group (conventional health education nursing). The compliance behavior, Hp eradication status, and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The compliance behavior of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the Hp eradication rate and gastrointestinal hormone levels were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of the three in one new home care model and feedback based health education has a significant effect on Hp positive chronic gastritis patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
