[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effects of interactive education combined with structural psychological intervention on emotional state, quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with implanted permanent cardiac pacemaker. Selection methods: our department during January 2017 to September 2019, 94 patients with permanent pacemaker implanted heart as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, were given perioperative management, interactive education, 47 patients were given observation group of 47 cases increased structural psychological intervention, 3 months, compared two groups of patients emotional state, the quality of life, self-efficacy, and the incidence of postoperative complications. Results: After 3 months of treatment, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression Scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of psychological function, social function and cognitive function in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), except that the difference of physical function score was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The score of Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the combination of interactive education to explore structural psychological intervention in patients with permanent pacemaker implanted heart treatment effect is exact, can make patients master permanent cardiac pacemaker lower anxiety and depressive state related knowledge, improve patients quality of life by alleviate negative emotions, through strengthen the patients confidence improve self-efficacy, and lower incidence of postoperative complications, worthy of clinical use.
