摘要
目的 观察项目式学习方法(PBL)+案例学习方法(CBL)+线上教学模式在神经外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 将2023年3月-2024年3月在本院实习的80名神经外科护理学生纳入研究,其中前6个月的40名学生作为对比组,采用传统教学模式展开教学;后6个月的40名学生作为创新组,采用PBL+CBL+线上教学模式展开教学,比较两组实习效果。结果 创新组实习后的沟通技能态度(CSA)量表评分均优于对比组(P<0.05);创新组实习后的批判性思维能力(CTA)各维度评分均高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL+CBL+线上教学模式在神经外科护理教学中的应用效果较为理想。
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of project-based learning (PBL)+case-based learning (CBL)+online teaching mode in neurosurgery nursing teaching. Methods 80 neurosurgery nursing students who interned at our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were included in the study. Among them, 40 students from the first 6 months were selected as the control group, and traditional teaching mode was used for teaching; Forty students in the last six months were selected as the innovation group and taught using PBL+CBL+online teaching mode. The internship effects of the two groups were compared. Results The communication skills attitude (CSA) scale scores of the innovation group after internship were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); The critical thinking ability (CTA) scores of the innovation group after internship were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of PBL+CBL+online teaching mode in neurosurgery nursing teaching is relatively ideal.
