| 摘要 |
目的 分析原发性三叉神经痛患者使用医护患协同式护理底气情绪状态和VAS视觉模拟疼痛评分的影响。方法 纳入我院2022年1月~2024年1月内原发性三叉神经痛患者5例，患者均行医护患协同式护理干预，对比护理干预前后患者护理效果。结果 干预后患者心理状态评分均显著较对照组更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对比干预前后VAS评分显示，干预后评分均显著低于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对原发性三叉神经痛患者使用医护患协同护理干预能够显著改善患者心理状态，降低术后疼痛。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effects of collaborative nursing between medical staff and patients on the emotional state and VAS visual analog pain score in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Five patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were included in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024. All patients received a collaborative nursing intervention between medical staff and patients, and the nursing effects before and after the intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the psychological state scores of patients were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The comparison of VAS scores before and after intervention showed that the scores after intervention were significantly lower than before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, the use of collaborative nursing interventions between medical staff and patients can significantly improve the psychological state of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia and reduce postoperative pain.
