| 摘要 |
目的 分析将综合护理干预模式应用于老年尿毒症合并髋部骨折患者中的实际价值；方法 以回顾性研究选取2023年1月至2025年1月在我院接受治疗的60例老年尿毒症合并髋部骨折的患者进行研究。以随机数字法分为观察组与对照组，各30例。两组患者均行人工髋关节置换术治疗，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理；结果 在术后1d及术后7d的疼痛指数比较中，观察组显优（P<0.05）。观察组与对照组相比，并发症总发生率更低（P<0.05）；结论 将综合护理应用于老年尿毒症合并髋部骨折患者的临床护理中，能够有效改善患者疼痛及预后状况，应用价值良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the practical value of applying the comprehensive nursing intervention model to elderly patients with uremia complicated with hip fractures; Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 60 elderly patients with uremia complicated with hip fractures who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025. Divided into an observation group and a control group using random number method, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups of patients underwent artificial hip replacement surgery, with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving comprehensive care; Results In the comparison of pain index on postoperative day 1 and 7, the observation group showed significant improvement (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower overall incidence of complications (P<0.05); Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the clinical care of elderly patients with uremia and hip fractures can effectively improve their pain and prognosis, and has good application value.
