| 摘要 |
目的 探析动静脉内瘘术后血透护理中应用优质护理服务的具体效用。方法 选择2023年10月至2024年10月我院的60例动静脉内瘘术后患者为研究样本，依照信封法随机分呈参考组及实验组，每组均含30例，参考组采取常规护理服务，实验组采取优质护理服务。比较两组在生活质量及并发症发生情况方面的差异。结果 相较于参考组，实验组的生活质量评分明显更高（P<0.05）；实验组的并发症发生率明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 在动静脉内瘘术后的血透护理实践中，采用优质护理服务能极大改善患者的生活质量，并减少并发症风险，极具临床推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the specific effectiveness of applying high-quality nursing services in hemodialysis nursing after arteriovenous fistula surgery. Methods Sixty patients who underwent arteriovenous fistula surgery in our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study sample. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using the envelope method, with 30 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing services, while the experimental group received high-quality nursing services. Compare the differences in quality of life and incidence of complications between two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had significantly higher quality of life scores (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion In the practice of hemodialysis nursing after arteriovenous fistula surgery, the use of high-quality nursing services can greatly improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the risk of complications, which has great clinical promotion value.
