| 摘要 |
目的 分析对儿童疫苗接种家长实施健康宣教的作用。方法 选取本中心进行疫苗接种的130例儿童家长进行随机分组（时段2023年8月~2024年8月），共分为2个小组。对照组纳入65例采取常规护理，观察组纳入65例实施健康宣教。根据家长疫苗接种知识知晓情况、疫苗接种积极性、接种不良反应评价2组干预效果。结果 观察组家长疫苗接种知识知晓评分与对照组比较显著提高（P＜0.05）。观察组家长疫苗接种积极率与对照组比较显著提高（P＜0.05）。观察组儿童疫苗接种不良反应总发生率与对照组比较显著下降（P＜0.05）。结论 对儿童疫苗接种家长实施健康宣教，可明显提升家长疫苗接种知识知晓度，增强疫苗接种积极性，减少儿童疫苗接种后不良反应。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of health education for parents of children vaccinated. Methods 130 parents of children who received vaccination in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (from August 2023 to August 2024). The control group included 65 cases who received routine care, while the observation group included 65 cases who received health education. Evaluate the intervention effect of two groups based on parents knowledge of vaccination, vaccination enthusiasm, and adverse reactions. The observation group showed a significant improvement in parents knowledge of vaccination compared to the control group (P<0.05). The vaccination positivity rate of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions to vaccination in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing health education for parents of children who have received vaccinations can significantly improve their awareness of vaccination knowledge, enhance their enthusiasm for vaccination, and reduce adverse reactions after childhood vaccination.
