| 摘要 |
目的 探究护理安全管理在尿毒症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年3月-2023年3月收治的尿毒症患者68例，利用电脑随机法将其68例患者分为对照组与实验组各34例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的护理的基础上给予安全管理，对比两组护理效果。结果 实验组患者的护理满意度为88.2%，对照组为50.4%，实验组护理满意度要高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组不良发生率6%，对照组不良发生率为26.6%，实验组不良发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 尿毒症患者实施护理安全管理，其效果十分显著，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in patients with uremia. Methods Sixty eight patients with uremia admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 34 patients in each group, using computer randomization. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received safety management on the basis of the control groups nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group patients was 88.2%, while that of the control group was 50.4%. The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 6%, while that in the control group was 26.6%. The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing nursing safety management for patients with uremia has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
