Objective To explore the effect of ear acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on patients with liver depression and fire type hypertension and anxiety. Methods The subjects of this study were 84 patients with liver depression and fire type hypertension complicated with anxiety, selected from January 2022 to January 2023. According to the random number table method, the above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 42 cases in each group. The former group received conventional Western medicine treatment and care, while the latter group received ear acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care treatment on the basis of the above. Compare the effects of two intervention groups. Results The blood pressure indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ear acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with liver depression and fire type hypertension and anxiety. It can effectively control patients blood pressure and alleviate their negative emotions. This method is worth promoting.
