| 摘要 |
目的 探究妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的综合护理干预效果。方法 选择2023年10月至2024年10月我院的80例妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者为研究样本，依照信封法随机划分成参考组（40例，采取常规护理干预）及实验组（40例，采取综合护理干预）。比较两组在症状评分及临床疗效方面的差异。结果 实验组的患肢疼痛、沉重、瘙痒、感觉异常及跛行评分均明显更低（P<0.05）；在治疗有效率上，实验组更高（P<0.05）。结论 妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者应用综合护理干预，不仅能有效缓解患者症状，还提升了治疗成效，具备在临床中广泛推广的价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention effect on patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis after gynecological malignant tumor surgery. Methods 80 patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis after gynecological malignant tumor surgery in our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study sample. They were randomly divided into a reference group (40 cases, receiving routine nursing intervention) and an experimental group (40 cases, receiving comprehensive nursing intervention) according to the envelope method. Compare the differences in symptom scores and clinical efficacy between two groups. Results The pain, heaviness, itching, sensory abnormalities, and claudication scores of the affected limb in the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05); In terms of treatment effectiveness, the experimental group had a higher rate (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis after gynecological malignant tumor surgery can not only effectively alleviate patient symptoms, but also improve treatment effectiveness, and has the value of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
