| 摘要 |
目的 探讨康复护理对类风湿性关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis, RA）患者的作用。方法 在2023年5月-2024年5月本院收治的RA患者中选取80例作为研究对象，数字表随机排序划分对照组（40例，常规护理）与观察组（40例，康复护理）。对两组患者的症状改善情况以及生活质量进行对比。结果 观察组症状评分低于对照组，生活质量高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 康复护理能有效缓解RA患者的关节疼痛和晨僵症状等症状，改善关节功能，提高生活质量，值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods 80 RA patients admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (40 cases, rehabilitation nursing) using a numerical table. Compare the improvement of symptoms and quality of life between two groups of patients. Results The observation group had lower symptom scores and higher quality of life than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively alleviate joint pain and morning stiffness symptoms in RA patients, improve joint function, and enhance quality of life. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
